OK, so as I suspected, the issue is that Kodi exported my logos as "clearlogo.png", but Artwork Downloader seems to look for "logo.png" I was able to fix this by duplicating all clearlogo.png files, renaming the duplicated files to logo.png, and running Artwork Downloader with "use local files".
